Gosen Community Effort is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (EID 453066098) whose mission is to promote educational achievement within the Gosen community by providing material and economic support to Gosen Combined School, its teachers, and students.
What we do
GCE was originally founded to provide high school scholarships to students at Gosen Combined School in Onyati, Namibia who performed well on their junior secondary exit exams. Gosen CS stopped offering Grade 10 in 2020 so we have shifted our focus to providing general assistance to the school and its students depending on current needs.

The name we have chosen for ourselves – Gosen Community Effort – represents the contributions we make together as students, families, and donors to ensure the continued education of Gosen students.
